Chali with Vincent Vacations is the best! She explained everything and we had no surprises. She got me a great deal on my daughter's Senior Trip over Spring Break. We could not have asked for a better travel agent that prepared us like Chali did. If you're planning a trip, call her!! You will not regret it!

Planning a family-friendly Universal Orlando Resort vacation in 2026 offers more flexibility, more value, and more ways to customize your trip than ever before.
With new ticket options, the addition of Universal Epic Universe in 2025, and seasonal events throughout the year, Universal Orlando continues to be a great destination for families with kids of all ages.
Whether your family is excited about Mardi Gras celebrations, Halloween fun )for those brave enough), or festive holiday experiences (heyy Grinch!), planning ahead helps you choose the right dates, tickets, and resort to match your family’s pace and priorities.
A New Way for Families to Experience Universal Orlando in 2026:
Universal Orlando has introduced new 3-, 4-, and 5-day Park-to-Park ticket options that include Epic Universe, giving families more freedom to spread out their days and enjoy the parks without feeling rushed.
With these tickets, your family can visit:

https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTro4YMsc/
Every time I share content about Club Level at Walt Disney World, I see the same reactions pop up almost immediately.
“It does not seem worth it.”
“That is way too expensive.”
“I would never pay for that.”
And I understand why people who haven't experienced it feel that way.
Club Level is one of those Disney topics that tends to get judged quickly, often without much context. It is easy to look at the price and make a decision before understanding how it actually fits into a vacation. That is why I keep talking about it. Not because it is right for everyone, but because for the right trip and the right travel style, it can genuinely change the experience.
Different Trips Call for Different Priorities
My family spends a lot of time at Walt Disney World each year, and our trips can look very different depending on the situation.
Some trips are all-day park hopping trips, where we are moving between parks and spending very little time at the resort. For those kinds of vacations, a value or moderate resort can be an excellent fit.
Other trips are slower, with more built-in downtime, resort breaks, pool time, and intentional space to relax. On those trips, the resort itself becomes a bigger part of the vacation experience, and that is where deluxe resorts and, in some cases, Club Level can make a noticeable difference.
Disney is not one-size-fits-all. Everyone does Disney differently, and every way of doing Disney is correct.
Let’s Talk Pricing First
To put real numbers behind this conversation, I pulled pricing for a few different deluxe resorts and compared a standard Resort View room to a Resort View Club Level room.
On average, the difference came out to around $300 per night, looking at rack rates and not accounting for any available promotions. Club Level rooms are sometimes included in promotions, which can narrow that gap depending on dates and availability.
That number is usually where people immediately decide whether Club Level is “worth it” or not. And the truth is, for some guests, it simply will not be.
When Club Level Will Not Make Sense
For guests who prefer the fun, energetic vibe of Disney’s value resorts, with their bold colors, larger-than-life icons, and heavy Disney theming, Club Level is probably never going to feel justified.
The same goes for guests who plan to spend almost all of their time in the parks, who see their resort primarily as a place to sleep and shower, or who simply prefer to spend less on their vacation overall.
If value resort pricing is where you are most comfortable, jumping from that price point to a Club Level room will not feel like a logical upgrade. And that is completely okay.
When Club Level Can Make Sense
Where the conversation changes is for guests who already prefer staying at deluxe resorts.
If you gravitate toward the higher level of amenities, quieter atmosphere, and overall feel of Disney’s deluxe resorts, then looking at Club Level as an upgrade of roughly $300 per night, again depending on rack rates and any available promotions, can make a lot more sense.
At that point, the comparison is not value resort versus Club Level. It is standard deluxe versus deluxe with additional services, food offerings, and concierge support built into the stay.
For those guests, Club Level is less about luxury for the sake of luxury and more about convenience, comfort, and how it affects the overall flow of the vacation.
Club Level lounges offer food and beverage service throughout the day, including breakfast in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, and evening offerings.
In the evenings, you will typically find complimentary beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages available. In the mornings, mimosas are often offered alongside coffee, juice, and breakfast items.
That said, Club Level is not only valuable if you plan to drink alcohol. For guests who do not drink, or who only drink occasionally, there is still plenty of value in having easy access to breakfast, drinks, and snacks without needing a plan or reservation.
It is about convenience, not consumption.
One of the things guests appreciate most about Club Level is having someone available on-site to help when plans need to shift.
Whether it is a Lightning Lane question, help navigating the My Disney Experience app, dining confusion, or a small issue that comes up during your stay, concierge Cast Members are there in real time. They act as an extension of your planning team, helping handle things on the ground so issues can often be resolved quickly and efficiently.
That on-the-ground support works alongside all of the planning that you and your travel advisor have already put into your vacation, helping to curate the best experience for your family and ensuring your vacation continues to run smoothly while you are on property.
Another benefit that often gets underestimated is the lounge itself.
Club Level lounges are not just places to grab food. They function as an additional space to relax during your stay. Think of it as an extension of your room, especially helpful when you want to be indoors but do not want to be confined to your room or sitting in a busy lobby.
The lounges typically include comfortable seating, tables, televisions, and areas where kids can relax, watch something, or play games. For families, this can be a meaningful advantage.
Club Level With Kids, Not Just Older Kids
I often hear guests say they will “do Club Level when the kids are older,” but Club Level can be just as beneficial with younger children.
Having a quiet, climate-controlled space to decompress between park time, with food, drinks, and seating already available, makes midday breaks much easier. It gives families another option besides heading back to the room or staying out longer than everyone is comfortable with.
For families traveling with kids, the lounge can become a natural reset space during the day, helping everyone recharge before heading back out.
Finding the Right Fit for Your Disney Vacation
Every Disney trip is different, and the perfect fit for one family will not be the perfect fit for another.
I have personally stayed at nearly every resort on Walt Disney World property, across all resort categories, and one of my favorite things to talk about is Disney resorts and everything they have to offer. From standard rooms at value resorts to Club Level stays at deluxe resorts, each option creates a different kind of experience.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is helping families figure out which resort, room category, or level of service will truly fit the way they want to experience Disney. Where you stay matters more than many people realize, and finding the right match can make a meaningful difference in how your vacation feels.
No matter how your family chooses to do Disney, there is no wrong way to experience it. If you ever want help finding the best fit for your next Walt Disney World trip, I would love to help guide you through those options.

Hi, I am Chali, your Walt Disney World and Universal vacation specialist with Vincent Vacations. I am an out of state Annual Passholder who spends around two months a year on Disney property, and I love helping families plan magical vacations with the most up to date tips and savings. If you are looking for ways to make your next Walt Disney World vacation more affordable, this is an offer you will want to take a look at.

This new Disney Visa Cardmember room offer includes some of my family’s favorite Disney resorts at incredible prices. Part of this promotion even falls during EPCOT Festival of the Arts, my personal favorite festival of the year, which makes these early 2026 dates even more exciting.
Before we get into the details, it is important to know that this offer is valid for both Disney Visa credit and debit cardholders. As someone who personally has a Disney Visa myself, my family has found the card benefits to be genuinely worthwhile over the years. It is not something I promote, but I always like to mention that the perks have been helpful for us during our trips.
Disney Visa Cardmember 2026 Room Offer
Disney Visa Cardmembers can save big on rooms at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels for stays of two consecutive nights or longer. The offer is valid for most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 4 through February 10 of 2026. To book, you will need a valid Disney Visa Card or Disney Rewards Redemption Card, and that same card will secure your room deposit.
Here is a breakdown of the current special pricing before tax:
• $99 per night at Disney’s All Star Sports Resort, Standard Room
• $199 per night at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Village, Standard Location
• $299 per night at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Cars Family Suite
• $399 per night at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Standard Savanna View
• $429 per night at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, 1 Bedroom Villa
• $449 per night at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Resort View
These prices are amazing on their own, but the value becomes even better when you look at options for larger families. A Cars Family Suite at Art of Animation for under 300 dollars per night is incredible for families who want extra space without paying deluxe pricing. The 1 Bedroom Villa at Saratoga Springs under 430 dollars a night is also a fantastic savings for families who want more room to spread out or who love the convenience of a kitchen and private bedroom.
This offer becomes even stronger for families with younger children, because it is combinable with Disney’s current Kids Free Dining Plan offer. Kids ages three to nine can receive a free dining plan when adults in the same room purchase a dining plan as part of their package. When you pair the already low room rates with complimentary dining for kids, it creates a huge overall savings for families who want a little more space to relax.
It is important to remember that the number of rooms available for this promotion is limited. Once they are gone, they are gone, so booking early is key.
The Perfect Christmas Gift
If you are looking for a meaningful Christmas gift this year, gifting a future Walt Disney World vacation is a beautiful way to create memories instead of adding more things to your home. A winter escape to warm Florida sunshine, the magic of Festival of the Arts, and stays at some of Disney’s most beloved resorts makes this offer perfect for surprising your family on Christmas morning.
Ready to Save on Your 2026 Walt Disney World Vacation
I love helping families find creative ways to save money while still experiencing the magic of a Walt Disney World vacation. If you want to check dates, compare resorts, or see what your family qualifies for, I would love to help you start planning.

Hi, I’m Chali, a Travel Advisor with Vincent Vacations based in Oklahoma, and I specialize in Disney and Universal vacations for families who want to make the most of their time in the parks. I love sharing updates and tips that help make your vacation planning easier — and this latest one is something many Disney travelers have been waiting for!
One of Walt Disney World’s most beloved conveniences is making a comeback. The Airport Luggage Transfer Program is returning and expanding even further — now available round-trip for select guests.
Following a successful testing phase that began April 3rd, 2025 offering luggage service from your resort to MCO, the program will soon include all five Walt Disney World Value Resorts and offer luggage service TO your resort as well!:
✨ Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
✨ Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
✨ Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
✨ Disney’s Pop Century Resort
✨ Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Beginning November 18, 2025, eligible Southwest Airlines passengers can once again enjoy the convenience of skipping baggage claim and having their checked luggage delivered directly to their Disney Resort hotel — and back to the airport for their return flight.
Registration opens November 13, 2025, and guests can sign up online between 30 and 50 days before their Southwest flight.
At this time, the program remains in a testing phase, with luggage expected to arrive at your resort approximately four hours after flight arrival. The service is provided through a third-party luggage delivery partner and is currently available for domestic Southwest arrivals and departures at select Disney Resorts.

Walt Disney World Park Reservation Update: What You Really Need to Know (July 2025)
There has been a lot of confusion—and frankly, quite a bit of misinformation—circulating about changes to Walt Disney World’s park reservation system beginning July 20, 2025. As a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and travel advisor who specializes specifically in Disney travel, I wanted to take a moment to clear things up based on my direct conversations with the Annual Passholder line and trusted Disney contacts.
Here’s the bottom line:
👉 If your vacation package or tickets do not currently require a park reservation, this change does not affect you at this time.
The upcoming update is specific to Annual Passholders. Starting July 20, passholders will need a reservation to enter any park—even after 2 PM. This policy change is being implemented ahead of the opening of the highly anticipated new nighttime parade at Magic Kingdom, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away.”
It’s also important to note that while park hopping will remain available, it is always subject to capacity. Disney has indicated that due to expected crowds, Magic Kingdom may reach capacity, which could temporarily limit park hopping into that park.
✨ Disney is constantly evolving, and policies can shift quickly. If anything changes, I will provide updates right away to keep my clients informed and prepared.
One of the key benefits of booking your Walt Disney World vacation with a dedicated travel advisor like myself is that you will always be notified personally if a change could impact your travel plans. My job is to keep up with the fine print, so you do not have to.
Whether you are a seasoned Annual Passholder like me or planning your very first Disney trip, I am here to make sure your experience is magical, seamless, and stress-free.

Hi! I’m Chali, a Travel Advisor specializing in all things Disney, and I’m currently at Walt Disney World to experience the exciting debut of The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure, Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After, and all of the other exciting offerings launching today as part of Cool Kids Summer throughout the parks.
Originally listed as a Lightning Lane Multipass selection in the My Disney Experience app, The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure was expected to be available for advance viewing selections.
However, guests waking up early this morning—Monday, May 27th—were disappointed to find that it is no longer listed as an eligible Multipass experience.
I was personally hoping to secure a Lightning Lane spot for the opening-day performance and was surprised to find that it now appears to be standby only.
If you are planning to catch this show during your upcoming vacation, be sure to allow extra time in your Hollywood Studios itinerary, as you will need to line up without the benefit of a reserved Lightning Lane time.

As a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder and a travel advisor who specializes in Disney Destinations, I’m excited to share the latest news about one of EPCOT’s most beloved festivals — the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! This year, the festival will run from August 28 through November 22, 2025, filling EPCOT with incredible food, drinks, entertainment, and special experiences from around the world.
Guests can look forward to sampling dishes from Global Marketplaces, enjoying live performances, and even participating in unique culinary events. Whether you are a foodie, a wine lover, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of the festival, there is truly something for everyone.
For clients who are looking for lower crowds and more affordable travel dates, early to mid-September can be a sweet spot. While temperatures are still hot, this time of year often brings lighter park crowds and better pricing, making it a great option for those wanting to experience Walt Disney World with a little more breathing room.
Plus, if you plan your visit for September or October, you’ll have the chance to enjoy both the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party during your trip — the perfect combination of flavors and fall fun!
If you are ready to start planning, I would love to help you plan the perfect Disney getaway. You can also follow me on social media at @ChaliPlansMagic for more Disney tips, tricks, and the latest updates.

Exciting news: the dates for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2025 have officially been released, and now is the perfect time to start planning your fall Disney vacation.
Today I am sharing why this special event at Magic Kingdom is a must-do during fall at Disney World — and what you need to know now that ticket information is here!
Why We Love Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
One of the highlights of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2025 is the chance to see Disney villains throughout the night.
Villains are rare during regular park days, so getting to meet them and watch them perform makes the party feel even more magical.
You will also have the opportunity to meet Jack Skellington and Sally — characters who only appear during this event and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Special Treats and Exclusive Entertainment
Another reason we love this event is the exclusive party-only treats you can find around Magic Kingdom.
From sweet desserts to festive Halloween-themed snacks, there is something special around every corner — just for party guests.
You will also experience entertainment that is unique to Disney Halloween events, including:

On a recent trip to visit EPIC Universe prior to the park’s official opening date of May 22nd, I had the opportunity to stay at the brand-new Helios Grand Hotel—Universal’s flagship resort at Epic Universe. It is a beautifully designed property, and the level of theming throughout the hotel truly mirrors the immersive feel of the park itself. From the lighting and architecture to the artwork in the hallways, it is clear that Helios was built to be part of the story, not just a place to sleep.

“I think we will skip EPCOT until the kids are older” is something I hear clients say often. While a lot of adults do love EPCOT for the festivals and food/drink options, it is also a great park for children! With an abundance of character meet opportunities, rides like Frozen Ever After, and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, the Seas Pavilion’s amazing aquarium, to the new addition of Moana’s Journey of Water, EPCOT is a must visit park for families!
One EPCOT activity that is often overlooked is the Kidcot Fun Stops. Kidcot is a FREE discovery experience where you can collect activity cards at each of the 11 International pavilions throughout World Showcase! My daughter loves going from country to country meeting new people from different cultures and learning a bit about where they are from.
Taking part is a fun way to keep your children engaged as you experience the cultural immersion throughout the World Showcase.
Taking part in Kidcot couldn’t be easier:
Visit the Kidcot stop at any country (preferably the first on your route!) to get a Ziploc “suitcase”
Go to each country, meet the cast member at the Kidcot stop and collect Kidcot cards. Some cast members will do special things if they have time like tell a story, or write your child’s name in their native language!
You can visit all 11 countries or stop at just a few! This activity can be done at your leisure throughout the day so it is a great way to spend time while waiting on your next Lightning Lane or dining reservation!
Some of the stops are a bit “hidden” or in the back of the countries and can take some searching to locate. Bonus, this helps you see more of the area that you may have otherwise just walked past!
Where to find Kidcot Fun Stops:

Big changes are coming soon to Walt Disney World, changing the way you can plan your vacation! Genie + is being replaced by Lightning Lane Multi Pass, let's take a look at what this means for your next trip:
Lightning Lane Pass is Disney’s paid service that allows guests to skip the standby queue and more quickly ride attractions via the Lightning Lanes - replacing Genie+. Starting July 24, 2024 you can purchase Lightning Lane passes and make selections up to 7 days in advance of your arrival giving you more time to plan your visit. Let's explore frequently asked questions about Lightning Lane Multi and Single Pass, how to use them, and if utilizing this service is the best choice for your Disney vacation!
What are Lightning Lane Passes?
Lightning Lane Passes are Disney World's newest paid way to skip the standby line for most rides and experiences in Walt Disney World. This is not just a renaming of Genie+, it is a complete revamping of the line 'skipping' services, allowing guests more control over planning their days at the parks. Lightning Lane Multi Pass is replacing Genie+ and Lightning Lane Single Pass is replacing Individual Lightning Lanes. This service allows you to bypass the standby line and enter the shorter 'Lightning Lane' line, eliminating much of the time you would otherwise spend waiting in line for rides, giving you more time in your day to enjoy other experiences Walt Disney World offers, like parades, character meets, and other entertainment!
What is a Lightning Lane Multi Pass?
Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP) is the new service replacing Genie+. Much like Genie+ you are paying to be able to schedule a window of time for an attraction where you can skip the standby queue and enter through the Lightning Lane. Unlike Genie+ you will be able to book your selections up to 7 days prior to your arrival and select 3 different experiences. You will also receive digital downloads of select attraction photos from your day, captured with Disney PhotoPass Service. Plus, access Disney PhotoPass Lenses!
What is a Lightning Lane Single Pass?
Lighting Lane Single Passes are replacing Individual Lightning Lanes. Each park has one or two premium attractions that are not included within Lighting Lane Multi Pass and are purchased separately. You do not have to use Multi Pass to purchase these. Unlike Individual Lightning Lane, you will be able to book your selection(s) prior to your arrival. You will have the ability to make selections and pick your return window prior to purchase.
What are some of the advantages of Lightning Lane Multi Pass over Genie+?
The biggest advantage is being able to manage this pre-arrival, rather than having to wake up at 7am while on vacation to book your first selection for the day. Additionally, you can see availability and make attraction selections and pick times prior to purchase, ensuring you are happy with your initial selection(s) prior to payment. Finally, LLMP offers the ability to hold up to 3 selections at one time. After using one of your pre-booked selections, you can book additional Lightning Lane Multi Passes throughout the day, keeping a maximum of 3 active at any time.
The complimentary features of Disney Genie Service will continue to be available in the MDE app
When does the switch from Genie+ to Lighting Lane Multi Pass take place?
Starting July 24, 2024 you can purchase Lightning Lane passes and make selections up to 7 days in advance of your arrival giving you more time to plan your visit.
What is a Lightning Lane?
Lightning Lanes are Disney's alternative to the standby queue, allowing guests to have a much shorter wait before experiencing an attraction. You must purchase a Lightning Lane Pass (or have DAS) to enter a Lightning Lane.
With Multi Pass, can I choose from any three Lighting Lane experiences?
Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios have a tiered system. You may pick one experience from Tier 1 and two (or all three) from Tier 2. Animal Kingdom only has one tier, and any three experiences that are available may be chosen. We talk about the different groups further down.
When can you buy Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass?
The booking window starts at different times depending on whether you are staying on site at a Disney World Resort hotel or off property:

Planning your Walt Disney World vacation is so much fun! You've picked the perfect resort, planned your family's park outfits, secured those dining reservations, and now you're *almost* ready to go!
It is time to pack! Let's discuss some of the lesser known items to add to your suitcase that can save you some extra stress (and money if you need to purchase some of these items in the park!) I was once the queen of over-packing for trips. I have, over many vacations, narrowed down what I pack to a few essentials. Every item on this list has been a LIFE SAVER, okay that's a bit dramatic, but definitely comes in handy and we never leave home heading to Walt Disney World without this list:
1. All of the chargers: You will spend a lot of time using your phone on Disney property. From checking wait times, utilizing Genie +, and taking 1,000 photos, to searching for the closest character meet, your battery life won't last long. I suggest bringing at least one portable charger per device. If your forget your portable charger in your room, no worries! You can find fuel rod dispensers throughout the parks and can even turn used fuel rods in for charged rods!
On the subject, I always bring a USB plug charging block for my resort room. You will have outlets and USB plugs in your room but you will find they are used up quickly if you have mobile devices, Magic Band +, portable charges, your Apple (Or Samsung, I don't judge) watch, etc, and you will need the extra ports.
2. Foot and leg care: Even our best broken in shoes can make our feet and legs struggle with the miles you will walk at Walt Disney World. Blister protection during the day (Mole Skin, Anti-rub spray) and Epsom Salt Rub at night before bed are your best friends. I prefer Epsom salt rub to soak because of the convenience. Just rub it on like lotion and let it go to work
3. Medicine: It goes without saying to make sure you pack your prescription meds, but consider the medication you don't take daily at home that you could need. Anti-nausea meds, ibuprofen or Tylenol, benadryl, etc can all catch you off guard when you need it and it is much more cost effective to bring a bit of each with you than have to track it down and spend Disney prices on a small bottle!
4. Sanitizing Wipes: You may think you won't eat off the top of a trash can if that is the only spot open to set your food down while you are eating around the world. You find a just opened table at a quick service location that is a little sticky? Bring the sanitizing wipes. Even the most magical things can be a bit gross.
5. Personal Deodorant Wipes: I'm not going to elaborate, just trust me on this one
6. Ponchos: It rains in Florida. Often. Ponchos are available for purchase in the park but are more expensive than you can order online. If you want to save a little money, bring your own.
7. Sunscreen and after sun care: You do not want your trip brought down by a sunburn that could have been avoided.
8. Pop up hamper: A small pop-up hamper in your resort room will save a mess from dirty clothes while your luggage stays stored away under your bed or in the closet for extra space.
9. Tide Pen: Dole Whip and Mickey bars melt in the Florida Sun. Keep a tide pen handy so the stains don't set in on those coordinating outfits you spent so much time picking out!
10. Ziplock Bags: I can't tell you how many times Ziplock bags have come in handy on my family's Walt Disney World trips. They are great to store cookies from the cookie stroll in EPCOT or the rest of that Mickey shaped Rice Krispie treat that looked like you could totally finish it. You can use them to pack swimsuits if they don't dry all the way before it's time to head home, protect your phone on water rides, and many other uses I probably haven't even discovered yet!
I hope this list helps you narrow down some of the tough packing decisions and gives you some helpful packing ideas! If you would like assistance in planning your next Walt Disney World vacation, I am always just an email away!
