Whenever we had a question or concern not only did she answer promptly, but also was prepared with alternative options. She kept us informed throughout the process, this was our first cruise experience, and she walked us through our options. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She cheerfully welcomed my many questions and dutifully made sure everything was as we expected. One example of her attention to detail occurred on our flight back home. She apparently kept up with our travels and observed we would miss a connecting flight in Dallas. I received an email notifying me of this when we landed in Seattle and she advised us to get a different connecting flight to meet our needs.
