This past week our family spent 7 amazing days in the community of WaterSound, Florida. This was our second vacation in WaterSound and both times have been nothing but perfection. The small community is family-friendly and offers pristine beaches with a laid-back atmosphere that is perfect for a summer getaway.
WaterSound's beaches are some of the best in Florida, with crystal-clear waters and powdery white sand. Whether your family loves to swim, sunbathe, or build sandcastles, there's plenty of space to do it all. Plus, the beach is never too crowded, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot to relax!
In addition to the beach, WaterSound offers a variety of outdoor activities for the whole family. You can take a bike ride on one of the many scenic trails, go kayaking or paddle boarding on the nearby dune lakes, or play a round of golf at one of the area's top-rated courses. Our kids loved going to nightly bike rides to 'Bruno's Pizza' for a soda.
When it comes to accommodations, WaterSound has plenty of options to suit your family's needs. From cozy beachside cottages to luxurious vacation homes that can sleep up to 16 people! There's something for every budget and preference. Plus, with plenty of dining options in the area, you won't have to worry about cooking every meal. (The Big Chill is a short bike ride away!)
WaterSound is such a great choice for a summer beach vacation with your family or friends. Our family has made so many memories here and I know there are many more to come!
