I reached out to Heather in January asking her to help me plan my destination wedding. She had planned several of my last vacations and had done a fantastic job! I was so relieved to hear that she also planned destination weddings! She provided amazing options based on my specific requests. Typically destination weddings are planned out at least a year in advance…ours was planned in less than 7 months, which didn’t give our guests much time to plan. Heather worked with each guest individually to coordinate their trip, customizing each booking to their specific needs. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She was thorough and detailed which made this process extremely seamless! She was also able to get us upgraded to Preferred! The trip and wedding were beyond perfect! I am forever grateful for the time, effort, and expertise Heather offered during the wedding planning! I highly recommend Heather for planning your next trip or destination wedding! She is the best!!

I loved working with Heather, she was so responsive, gave me so many options, but not too many I had paralysis by analysis. I think she sent me 5 to start with and I refined what I was looking for in a destination and she would give me three more options in that vein, I tweak something again and she’d give me a few more toppings. She was also able to share if she had personally been to the locations, knew people who had been there through her work, or had personal friends go there. Some she was even traveling to in the coming weeks. I felt very safe with Heather because didn’t get a sales vibe, she seemed like an authentic human just trying to help me out and I super appreciated that. She handled all the bookings for our guests. It ended up being a smaller party, just the nature of an adults only resort and a destination, so I think we invited around 100-80 and we had like 40 book or something around that. Heather created a website so we can send people to that link ( we made a QR code for our invitations and also had it to text folks). She priced out different room options, made sure transportation to and from hotel was covered for everyone, and handled all the engagement with the hotel…so we didn’t lose any money if we didn’t have a certain amount of rooms booked in time. She handled literally everything to include we had a friend that was a new mom and was going to stay at a near by property and she handled all of that coordination from day passes, access to our resort, pricing with the other place…all the communication with the friend…she was great! Heather followed up while we were there to check in to see how things were going but it wasn’t overbearing in the slightest. She some how balanced being caring and available if we needed anything but didn’t hit me up every day so I actually got to enjoy the time at the resort and with our guests. Overall, I would recommend Heather. She got me in contact with the people I needed to at the resort, she handled all the bookings with the guests and we didn’t have a single issue, she was knowledgeable about the various options when it came to resorts, and she was just an awesome person…super easy to talk to, very communicative and responsive. She made the whole thing so easy for us and I loved it!

Trip to the UK!

Heather was amazing and planned a wonderful trip to the UK for me and my husband. She made the whole travel process so easy for us. We had so much fun on the tours she set up for us and loved our hotel in Scotland! She was also super easy to reach out to for anything we needed during the trip.
