Martha Magee helped create a vacation for my family that truly exceeded all expectations. Our goal was to plan a vacation with our 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren to celebrate our son's 40th birthday in addition to another birthday and anniversary. However, we struggled to find something everyone could agree upon for the dates we had planned. That was until Martha stepped in and saved the day. From the moment we engaged with her, Martha's expertise, guidance, and attention to detail made the planning process seamless and stress-free. She booked and coordinated all of our flights coming from multiple cities and as well as the accommodations at the resort. She was never put out when we requested changes and was super responsive to all our requests. The destination was amazing, and every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully coordinated. My family is still talking about the experience and sharing stories from our adventure. It was one of those rare vacations that creates lasting memories for everyone involved, from 9-year-olds to 63-year-olds! What impressed me most was Martha's ability to anticipate needs (for example, a shuttle from the airport to the resort for one of our parties), to provide excellent recommendations, and handle every detail with professionalism and care. There is no way I could have pulled everything together on my own. I am a busy business professional with limited time to make plans outside of work. However, I jumped at the chance to attend a preseason football game in Chicago with my sister, who I don't get to see enough. Due to my demanding schedule, I could only fly in on a Saturday, stay for the game on Sunday, then fly home Monday morning. Since this was a last-minute invitation, I didn't have time to make travel arrangements of any sort, so I put my trust in Martha to make this weekend happen for us - AND SHE DID!!! From my flight to the hotel to all the necessities in between, she made this weekend PERFECT for my sister and I and we couldn't be more grateful! I had my favorite seat on my preferred airline, and we stayed in the perfect location to access Chicago's best. It was a great 'sisters' weekend' and I owe everything to Martha for making these arrangements - AND for making everything so easy for us! To not have to search fares, book tickets, keep track of confirmations, etc. is worth its weight in gold! Martha did it ALL with ease and professionalism, which gave me peace of mind.
